تقع في الرواق الشمالي للمسجد الأقصى بين باب الأسباط ومئذنة باب الأسباط. ثانوية الأقصى الشرعية: غلب عليها هذا الاسم لأنها كانت عند إنشائها في مطلع الثمانينيات في القرن العشرين ثانوية محضة، تقع في الرواق الشمالي للمسجد الأقصى بين باب الأسباط ومئذنة باب الأسباط وتعتبر اليوم مدرسة إعدادية وثانوية لطلبة الفرع الشرعي للذكور، ويتم تعليم وتدريس العلوم الشرعي فيها.
